My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a strong chemical smell but were clean, bright, and well appointed. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location, while close to restaurants and the Orpheum theatre, had issues with the homeless population. The dining experience was disappointing, with limited options in a poorly lit area. However, the facilities were adequate.
The hotel room was surprisingly smaller than the pictures, and not as nice as expected, but it did have some thoughtful design touches that made it comfortable. The service was excellent, except for some lapses in attentiveness. The location was good for exploring, but could be hit or miss depending on preferences. The dining offerings were satisfactory, but lacking a few items. Overall, the facilities were adequate with room for improvement in some areas.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a lack of noise proofing, and the bed arrangement didn't match the reservation. The service was a mix of incredibly friendly and helpful staff alongside a few less positive interactions. The location was convenient for tourists but had some disturbances outside.
